Refund and Exchanges
LET US KNOW
We're happy to accept returns within 21 days of your purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we only accept returns for full-priced items — sale items cannot be returned.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be:
- unused and in the original condition that you received it
- unwashed, unsoiled and with the original swing tag attached
- in the original packaging
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping costs you incurred when placing the order are non-refundable.
Only faulty items will be refunded or exchanged.
If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll provide further instructions.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know that we've received it. If your refund is approved, we'll credit your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Exchanges will be for the same size, colour, and style as purchased.
Please note: it may take additional time for the credit to be reflected in your account, as your bank may take longer to process it. If you'd like to check the status of your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
