Tee Haere Limited is presently a product innovation Company develops and
markets inventions created by its Directors.

Tee Haere Limited was created by the four founding directors to develop and
explore the possibility and feasibility of a single invention ( "FlexAtee")
being marketable in New Zealand and Overseas.

This consideration and belief is based on the fact that the ("FlexAtee") is
a unique product with its features and corresponding benefits and the fact
that the interest in golf in New Zealand is growing as evidenced by the
following :

· There are more golfers and golf courses per capita in New Zealand

· 46% of New Zealanders over 18 years of age are interested in golf
( source : UMR Insight survey March 2001).
· Golf is the number one played sport in New Zealand, 26% of all males

· 460,200 New Zealanders play golf on over 400 courses scattered from

In addition to the abovementioned it is a fact that despite the game of Golf
being quite old the accessories and equipment pertaining to it have not been
altered too much for over 100 years.
